Most challenging thing about being a superhero:
I don’t consider myself a Superhero but some of the multitasking and fine balancing I achieve makes it look that way. The most challenging thing is to dedicate 100% to all I do.
Most rewarding thing about being a superhero:
The end result of satisfaction and comfort for our patients. I never settle for less than that, and if I have made a tiny difference in the lives of our patients, then it’s all the reward I need.
Describe your work environment:
I am part of a very vibrant department. I am total “hands-on” with all of our patients. I take part in the patient’s total care from beginning to end. I handle administrative duties as well. My work environment can be very stressful at times but I am part of a well organized team which helps in keeping it calm.
