Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • A confidential program designed to help employees and dependents address personal, work and/or family problems.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
PPT (Paid Personal Time)

Pay for short-term time-off of various types (i.e., vacation, holidays, birthday, short-term illness, personal or family needs)

EST (Extended Sick Time)

Pay for extended time-off due to employee's injury or illness.

  • PTO accrued each pay period based on position, budgeted hours and employment date.

    Bi-weekly accrual provides:
    PPT: Between 29 and 34 days per year for employees in 40 hour/week positions
    EST: Additional 5 days per year for employees in 40 hour/week positions

Paid Time Off (PTO) Reimbursement
  • The opportunity to sell and be reimbursed for PPT hours one time per year.

Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (Group-Term)
  • Receive 1, 1.5 or 2 times their basic annual earnings, as defined, rounded to next thousand if not an even multiple of $1,000, to a maximum of $350,000. At age 70, the amount is reduced by 40%.

Temporary Disability
  • 2/3 of average weekly wage up to defined State maximum.

Supplemental Short Term Disability

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Dependent Day Care
  • Health Care: Enables you to set aside pre-tax dollars which are reimbursed to you once you've incurred eligible out-of-pocket medical and/or dependent care expenses. Debit card available for payment of claims.
  • Dependent Day Care: DEBORAH will match 6% of your pre-tax savings for dependent care costs. Employees budgeted to work less than 20 hours/week are not eligible for subsidy.

    **While DEBORAH does not provide on-site day care services, it does support many work/life needs of its employees, including day care. For eligible employees who participate in the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, DEBORAH will match 6% of their contribution to help financially support day care needs.. In addition, our Employee Assistance Program offers free day care ‘finder’ and ‘referral’ services to help locate providers in an area of interest, and will provide info relative to availability, licensing, etc.

Tuition Assistance
  • Assistance for approved education courses related to present position or advancement. Percentage tuition reimbursed based on status & hire date. Not all courses/programs are eligible or covered. Contact HR for specific information.

Tuition Repayment
  • Repayment of covered educational expenses related to initial introduction of eligible Allied Health or Nursing programs (not for advancement of existing practitioners), up to defined maximum. Contact HR for specific information.

Dependent Scholarship
  • Scholarship award for payment of covered expenses related to eligible Allied Health or Nursing programs, up to defined max. Contact HR for specific info.

Adoption Assistance
  • Assistance for eligible adoption expenses.

COBRA (Temporary Benefit Continuation)
  • The opportunity to purchase temporary continuation of benefits if a qualifying event occurs that results in loss of coverage. Example qualifying events include divorce; dependent reaching max age limit (e.g.; 19); termination of employment ; death.

401(k) Pension Plan
  • 3% Base Contribution for all plan participants. Immediate vesting!
  • 50% DEBORAH Match of the first 3% of employee contributions for all plan participants. Full vesting in 3 years!
